Lingam is the Sanskrit word for penis and translates to "wand of light." The lingam is respected as a channel for sexual energy and pleasure. This is a man’s channel and connection to his own wisdom, power, vitality and sexuality.

The practices of both lingam and yoni steaming have roots tracing back to ancient times in Asia, Africa, Europe, Mexico, Central and South America. Knowledge of indigenous plant medicine was passed down generation by generation.

 

The herbal steam blend brings gentle heat to the body and encourages oxygen-rich blood-flow to the pelvic bowl. Hemorrhoid Support:

Hemorrhoids are pillow-like clusters of veins that lie just beneath the mucous membranes lining the lowest part of the rectum and the anus. The stress of modern day living including sitting for long periods of time, constriction in the body, liver toxicity overload and constipation can cause these veins to become distended, swollen and irritated . This leads to pressure, pain, bleeding, digestive distress and overall discomfort.

Two kinds of hemorrhoids: internal which occur in the lower rectum and external which develop under the skin around the anus. External hemorrhoids are the most uncomfortable and irritating to the skin. The pain may be sudden and severe if a blood clot forms inside an external hemorrhoid. The clot usually dissolves but may leave excess skin (a skin tag) that itches or becomes irritated.

What To Expect?

In an herbal steam session, one sits on a comfortable low stool over steaming warm water infused with customized blend of herbs. This is a natural and non-invasive way of absorbing the volatile oils through the skin directly into the bloodstream, and then around and through the body. The session is a private and relaxing experience where a man creates the space for him to tune out from the world, and tune within to himself and his inner sanctuary.

You will receive a 1:1 consultation with me.This is a guided steam session where we discuss all that you want to release from your inner being that you have been holding onto that no longer serves your highest good. We also discuss what you want to manifest from your sacral chakra. In addition we discuss sacral trauma. If you have any concerns with erectile dysfunction or prostate health, we discuss your concerns and herbs and diet changes to address these concerns.  

 

You will receive a consultation before your steam session begins. As each herb blend is tailored for your specific emotional, physical and spiritual need.

​What are the contraindications for a Lingam-Penis Steam/ Anus Steam?

​

A contraindication is factor or condition that would serve as a reason to not do a service. I don’t recommend getting a Lingam Steam if you are experiencing any of the following conditions:

 

Do not steam if you are having any form of an acute outbreak or infection, open wounds, stitches and/ or sores, or have any chronic reproductive condition.

 

If you have genital piercings, please remove them prior to steaming because they may heat and possibly cause burning.

Internal infection or open sores: while the herbs do have anti-bacterial properties, it is best to wait until after your infections have cleared up before steaming.​

 

​Session includes intake form and consultation, your choice of a customized blend of herbs that you will pick to best suite your visit. (PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ADDITIONAL TIME (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE) AS YOUR STEAM TIME WILL START AFTER  CONSULTATION
